Shipping and Returns
Any and all parties who place any order for a product from us are subject to the following terms and conditions:
As we are a small, family-run business, we do not guarantee the processing and delivery of any product any sooner than ten business days after the point of sale. If there is a certain date you would like your order delivered by, you may contact us via the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All shipments are processed through Canada Post. Shipping options are available at checkout. No orders are available for pick-up.
All shipments are covered by the insurance policy of Canada Post. We advise that all customers familiarize themselves with these policies before placing an order with us by visiting the following link: https://www.canadapost.ca/tools/pg/manual/PGpscanada-e.asp#1464567. We are not responsible for any lost deliveries, however if you believe that your order has been lost during shipping, please contact us so that we can assist you in locating it. If your order exceeds $100 in value, and you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact us before placing an order.
Bababoo will not be responsible for packages not being delivered when an incorrect address has been provided. If the shipment is returned to us at a later date due to the customer providing an incorrect address, the customer can choose to either pay for the order to be resent, or, have the value of the goods refunded minus the value of shipping.
We will not exchange purchased items for any other items in our store.
If the item is not a clearance item, is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with original tags attached, it may be returned to us for the items original purchase price within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Original shipping costs incurred at the original point of sale of the item are non-refundable. All clearance items are final sale. If the item is damaged, worn, washed or unsellable, Bababoo will not refund or return the item to you.
